See the Opening Minutes of the trapezium Anime Film
The anime film adaptation of Kazumi Takayama’s trapezium novel is set to open in Japan on May 10, and ahead of that we can now get a taste of how it all begins. Aniplex started streaming the first four minutes of the feature, including a sample of the theme, which has VTuber Hoshimachi Suisei on vocals for the MAISONdes song.
The story of trapezium follows high school girl Yu Higashi and her idol ambitions. She sets four rules for herself to achieve her goal, including not being active on social media, not having a boyfriend, not standing out in school, and making friends with beautiful girls from the north, south, east and west. Asaki Yuikawa is in the lead as Higashi alongside fellow cast members Hina Yomiya, Reina Ueda, Haruka Aikawa and more.
The anime film is directed by Masahiro Shinohara, with Koji Masunari supervising, Yuuko Kakihara on the script, Rio on character designs and Masaru Yokoyama on music for the CloverWorks production.
