Original F4 Racing TV Anime Overtake! Revealed as KADOKAWA x TROYCA Project

 

A teaser promo and visual have arrived along with the main cast and staff for Overtake!, an original TV anime focusing on the world of F4 racing. KADOKAWA and TROYCA previously teased plans to reveal a collaboration on January 20, having already announced that director Ei Aoki (Re:CREATORS, ID:INVADED) is at the helm.

 

The story follows freelance photographer Koya Madoka—voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi (Tengen Uzui in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba)—who used to have a great reputation as a photojournalist. While in a professional slump, he ends up crossing paths with F4 driver Haruka Asahina—voiced by Anan Furuya—who takes pride in not needing support from anyone else.
