Sony had its PlayStation Showcase 2023 stream earlier today, and there were a few surprises mixed in during the event. Among the titles revealed was a remake of 2004’s Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater—titled METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER—which is on the way to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.

For those who want to jam the originals, Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 is coming to PlayStation 5—packing in Metal Gear Solid 1-3 and more that has yet to be announced—this fall. Check out a trailer for the Snake Eater remake below.

 

 

Square Enix revealed four-on-four multiplayer party shooter FOAMSTARS for PlayStation 4 and 5:

 

 

And debuted a new trailer for Final Fantasy XVI ahead of its June 22 launch on PS5:

 

 

Cygames joined the party with a new look at Granblue Fantasy: Relink, which launches worldwide in winter 2023:

 

 

Capcom came through with the debut trailer for Dragon’s Dogma II—confirmed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam—as well as another Street Fighter 6 trailer and a teaser for Resident Evil 4‘s VR Mode:

 

 

 

 

And the showcase closed out with a sneak peek at Project Q, Sony’s dedicated device that enables players to stream any game from their PS5 console using Remote Play over wi-fi. It has an eight-inch HD screen and all the features of the DualSense controller, and more info will arrive in the near future along with the earbuds revealed in the video below.
