Me & Roboco Anime Reveals Full Key Visual, Main Staff and Studio

Following up on the recent ‘knee-ser’ visual, the full key visual has been revealed along with the main staff and studio for the Me & Roboco TV anime, which adapts the comedy manga by Shuhei Miyazaki. The director is no stranger to gags, because Akitaro Daichi (Tonkatsu DJ Agetaro) is at the helm at anime production house Gallop (Initial D, Kodocha).

 

The first broadcast for the series is scheduled for December 4 from 24:30 to 24:35 in Japan, making this a series of shorts.

Key staff members include assistant director Michihiro Sato, series composition writer Sayuro Ooba (FIRST LOVE MONSTER) and character designer Yuko Ebara (animation director for Delicious Party Pretty Cure), among others.

The TV anime adaptation of Shuhei Miyazaki’s Me & Roboco manga is scheduled to be released in winter. The manga has been running in the pages of Jump since July 2020 with VIZ Media publishing it in the English version of the app. Here’s the official synopsis of the first volume:

 

Now that Bondo has his very own OrderMaid, it’s time to show her off to his friends. But will they be able to handle Roboco? And what exactly is the secret behind this special robot?!
