MAISONdes Drops Urusei Yatsura Reboot Anime’s Second Cour Ending Theme MV

 

 

Japanese music project MAISONdes has posted a music video for “Aitarinai,” the ending theme for the ongoing second cour of the Urusei Yatsura reboot TV anime, written/composed by vocaloid producer Nito. and sung by singer yama. The singer recently performed the ending theme for the second cour of the SPY x FAMILY TV anime, “Shikisai.” The new ending theme was digitally released on January 13 and debuted at #24 on Oricon’s weekly digital single chart.

 

The project, which changes the singer and creator for each song, previously offered the anime’s first cour opening theme “AIUE” by Minami and SAKURAmoti, the ending theme “Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous” by Kaf and Tsumiki, and the second cour opening theme “I Wanna Muchu” by Threee and asmi. 

 

As well as the previous videos, this music video also features newly-drawn illustrations of the anime’s main heroine Lum, provided by NAKAKI PANTZ, and is studded with motifs such as lightning and stars to evoke the worldview of the anime.
