MAISONdes Drops Stylish MV for New Urusei Yatsura Anime Ending Theme

 

 

Following the opening theme “AIUE” by Minami and SAKURAmoti, MAISONdes has posted a music video for “Tokyo Shandy Rendez-vous”, the ending theme for the Urusei Yatsura reboot anime, featuring virtual singer Kaf and vocaloid ong producer Tsumiki.

MAISONdes is a Japanese music project that changes the “singer” and “creator” for each song. Its concept is described as: “MAISONdes is a fictional apartment building that produces ‘the most used music on SNS today.’ A room is assigned to each song, and each room has a different singer and creator, producing pop music called “Rokujo-Han (Six and a half tatami mats) Pops”. 

 

Kaf and Tsumiki belong to the room “239.” Their collaboration song “Tokyo Shandy Rendez-vous” was released digitally on October 21. The stylish music video features the anime’s heroine Lum, drawn by illustrator NAKAKI PANTZ, who also worked on the song’s digital jacket.
