Knights of the Zodiac Live-Action Film Announces Japanese Dub Cast Members
The official Japanese website for the upcoming live-action Knights of the Zodiac film, based on Masami Kurumada’s classic Saint Seiya manga, announced its Japanese dub cast members today.

The lineup includes Megumi Han (Gon Freecss in Hunter × Hunter) as Sienna / Athena played by Madison Iseman. Megumi Han is the daughter of the voice actress Keiko Han, who played Saori Kido / Athena in the Saint Saiya anime series produced by Toei Animation in the mid-1980s. “Saori Kido / Athena was originally played by Keiko Han. I am very honored to have the opportunity to dub the role of Siena, the girl who will become Athena in this film,” said Han. “I hope that this story of destiny will reach those who have been burning Cosmo, and those who will wear the Cloths.”
Although not stated in the announcement, Mackenyu, who plays the protagonist Seiya and is bilingual in English and Japanese, is expected to dub his own role in the Japanese version as well.

Under the Japanese title Saint Saiya The Beginning, the film is set to released in Japan on April 28, 2023. The world’s first premiere of the Japanese dub edition is scheduled to be held at the Shinjuku Wald 9 Dolby Cinema theater on April 11.
