Kinnikuman Anime Celebrates 40 Years by Flexing All Over Tokyo Tower

Muscle men are coming to Tokyo Tower this March ready to display a show of strength for the continuously popular Kinnikuman franchise. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the anime adaptation of Yudetamago’s original manga, the basement of Tokyo Tower will be kitted out for the Super Kinnikuman Exhibition.

The Super Kinnikuman Exhibition will have “valuable materials” from the anime franchise on display that are exclusive to the exhibition. The event will be held on the first basement floor of Tokyo Tower from March 18 to April 2.

While normal tickets for adults are around 2,000 yen (US$15.40), a special ticket is available at 7,500 yen (US$58) that will net attendees a Super-Hero’s SWA World Champ belt buckle.
