Two new contenders have joined the fight to become the strongest hero, because two additional cast members have been announced for Ishura, an upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy adventure light novel series. The new cast additions include:

Regnejee the Sunset Wing voiced by Showtaro Morikubo (Orphen in Sorcerous Stabber Orphen)

A character setting of Regnejee the Sunset Wings, an armored wyvern character, from the upcoming Ishura TV anime.

Curte the Clear Sky voiced by Sora Amamiya (Chizuru Mizuhara in Rent-a-Girlfriend)

A character setting of Curte the Clear Sky from the upcoming Ishura TV anime. Curte is a young woman dull gray eyes and long hair that is blonde at the tips but fades to a gradient of white toward the roots. She wears a long white dress and is barefoot.

Written by Keiso and illustrated by Kureta, the original Ishura light novels are published in Japan by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki no Shin Bungei imprint. An English language version of the series is available from Yen Press, who describe the story as follows:

In a world where the Demon King has died, a host of demigods capable of felling him have inherited the world. A master fencer who can figure out how to take out their opponents with a single glance; a lancer so swift they can break the sound barrier; a wyvern rogue who fights with three legendary weapons at once; an all-powerful wizard who can speak thoughts into being; an angelic assassin who deals instant death. Eager to attain the title of “True Hero,” these champions each pursue challenges against formidable foes and spark conflicts among themselves. The battle to determine the mightiest of the mighty begins.

The Ishura TV anime will be distributed digitally on the Disney+ platform. Information about the exact release and the main staff for the series has not yet been revealed.
