Genjitsu no Yohane -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR- Casts Its Spell on July 2

Yohane reacts in surprise to an unfamiliar sight in a scene from the upcoming Genjitsu no Yohane -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR- TV anime.

 

Yohane is up to her old tricks in a new preview video (below) for Genjitsu no Yohane -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR-, an upcoming fantasy-themed spin-off of Love Live! Sunshine!! which hits Japanese TV on July 02, 2023. The Japanese broadcast schedule for the series has also been revealed:

 

  • TOKYO MX: every Sunday during the 22:30 time slot beginning on July 02, 2023.
  • BS11: every Sunday during the 23:30 time slot beginning on July 02, 2023.
  • Sun TV: every Sunday during the 23:30 time slot beginning on July 02, 2023.
  • KBS Kyoto: every Sunday during the 23:30 time slot begining on July 02, 2023.
  • TV Aichi: every Sunday during the 25:35 time slot beginning on July 02, 2023.
  • Shizuoka Broadcasting System: every Monday during the 25:19 time slot beginning on July 03, 2023.

Genjitsu no Yohane -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR- is directed by Asami Nakatani and features animation production by Sunrise. Crunchyroll currently streams Love Live! Sunshine!! and describes the story of the series as follows:

 

Uranohoshi Girls’ High School, a private school in the seaside neighborhood of Uchiura at Numazu city, Shizuoka prefecture.

A small high school in a corner of Suruga Bay, it is home to nine teens,
led by second-year student Chika Takami, driven by one seriously big dream:

To become the next generation of bright, sparkling “school idols”!
