Fate/strange Fake Anime Special Hit with Production Delay

The Fate/strange Fake anime special, titled Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn-, was originally announced for a premiere on New Year’s Eve, but those plans have changed. Due to what has been described as “unavoidable production circumstances,” the release has been delayed and there’s currently no new broadcast date in place.

While we wait for more information, the official site says the staff is still working hard to complete the special. 

The slot the special was supposed to take won’t be totally vacant. In its place, a trailer for Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn- will debut to preview the main story. As for the date, we’ll have to keep an eye on the official website whenever they’re ready to announced the updated plans. 

Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn- is being directed by Shun Enokido and Takahito Sakazume, with Daisuke Ohigashi on the script and A-1 Pictures handling animation production.
