Eternal Boys Anime Theatrical Episode Drops Triumphant New Key Visual

Last month, it was announced that grown-up idol boy anime Eternal Boys would be airing its next episode in theaters. Today, we’ve got a new key visual for that cinematic theatrical episode!

The visual shows the group’s current line-up in their element, posing for their adoring fans. The poster also reconfirms the theatrical episode’s June 9 release date:

Ticket pre-orders will open May 19 at cinemas around Japan. The tickets will come with a variety of bonuses, including the perfect thing for a middle-aged idol after a long day of performing: relaxing bath additives. The grapefruit-scented salts come in packaging featuring Nikolai’s… enthusiastic merch design.

Eternal Boys centers on an idol group comprised entirely of men 40 years old and over, as they pursue their idol dreams while overcoming their demographic’s own unique concerns. Migmi directs the series at Liden Films, with Kimiko Ueno handling the series composition, and Yukari Hashimoto handling the music.

HIDIVE currently streams the Eternal Boys TV anime and describes it like so:

Six middle-aged men train to become the next idol sensations! Pushing the limits of age and ability, this dynamic sextet is ready to become the ETERNAL BOYS!
