Demon Slayer World Tour Expands to 15 More Countries and Territories Around the World

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- World Tour

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- World Tour will be kicking off its run in Japan on February 3 but that run has been expanded from the previously confirmed 80 countries and territories to a whopping 95. Ahead of Friday’s first screenings in Japan, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will be holding a parade in Tokyo’s Asakusa area.

For long-time fans of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Asakusa is a pivotal place for the story of the series: it’s where Tanjiro first comes in contact with Muzan and it’s within walking distance to Yoshiwara, the setting of the Entertainment District arc. To commemorate the World Tour, the Kaminarimon to Sensoji Temple Kimetsu no Yaiba Costume Parade will be held on February 1.

From 10:45 AM, Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke will start at Kaminarimon and walk through Nakamise Dori, to the main hall of Sensoji Temple at 11 PM. The characters will be led by a monk through the central street of Asakusa.
