Check Out Creditless Opening for Adorably Violent Akiba Maid War Anime

 

This week, Cygames and P.A. Works premiered Akiba Maid War, a series that shows that the battle to become Akihabara’s greatest maid is tougher—and more deadly—than it looks. To celebrate the show’s debut, the Cygames YouTube channel has shared a creditless version of the opening, “Maid Daikaiten.”

 

Check out the theme, performed by the maids of the Pig Hut (the show’s pig-themed maid café):

The opening, along with ending theme “Maid no Komoriuta” (performed by Rina Satou as Ranko Mannen), will be released as a single on November 9. The single, priced at 1,650 yen (tax included), will also include instrumental tracks for both themes.

 

Akiba Maid War is being streamed this season on HIDIVE, who summarize the series thus:

 

Life at a maid café isn’t as easy as serving tea. Newcomer Nagomi must do her best to elevate the Pig Hut over the other maid cafés vying for top ranking, but she soon discovers not everything is as it seems amid the maid cafés of Akihabara…
