Cats Go Crazy for Content in YouTuNya TV Anime Trailer

 

A chaotic new preview video and the main cast of cats have been revealed for YouTuNya, an upcoming TV anime about felines who struggle to create content for a popular video streaming platform. The cast for YouTuNya includes:

 

• Nya voiced by Fairouz Ai
• Tomoneko voiced by Yuki Kaji
• Tsuyoneko voiced by ?
• Kawaii ne Onee-san voiced by Mikoi Sasaki
• Narration by Akio Ōtsuka

 

Additionally, the ending theme for the series, entitled “Bazure! YouTuNya!”, is performed by yaneura syobou feat. Pan Lunarifi and Nana Ikeda.

The story of YouTuNya follows the daily misadventures of cute cartoon kitties such as: Nya, a cat who runs an unpopular channel; Tomoneko, a cat who runs an extremely successful channel; and Tsuyoneko, a cat who runs a martial arts themed channel.

 

YouTuNya is directed by Kyo Yatate and features animation production by Lesprit. The series will broadcast in Japan on Tuesdays on KBC Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting as part of the “Asa Desu. KBC” program beginning on April 04, 2023. The series will also be digitally distributed on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram with new episodes published on Tuesdays at 19:00 (7:00pm JST) beginning on April 04, 2023.
