After 10 years, the story of Ichigo and his friend continues in the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War TV anime. To get fans prepped for the four-season series, at this weekend’s Aniplex Online Fest 2022 event a short new trailer was released showing more of the light-hearted side of Tite Kubo’s creation.

 

 

Directing Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will be Tomohisa Taguchi at Studio Pierrot, with Taguchi also writing the series composition, Masashi Kudo returning to design the characters, and Shiro Sagisu returning to do the music.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War begins on TV Tokyo on October 10 at 24:00, which is effectively 12 AM on October 11, with Viz Media confirming that the series will stream the same day, though not confirming where. Crunchyroll is streaming the original series in its entirety, describing it as such:

 

BLEACH follows the story of Ichigo Kurosaki. When Ichigo meets Rukia he finds his life is changed forever.
