Attack on Titan Channels Artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi in New Ukiyo-e Piece
The Japanese art of ukiyo-e has inspired a new limited edition Attack on Titan ukiyo-e design that takes Utagawa Kuniyoshi’s famous print Takiyasha the Witch and the Skeleton Specter from the Story of Uto Yasutaka and gives it a bit of a Jaeger flavor.
Alongside close-ups of the “Giant Invasion” piece, a video was released showing the design going from the design stage, to the carving stage, to the printing stage and more in detail.
