Anisong Singer Eir Aoi Announces Several-month Hiatus due to Her Health Issues
Anisong singer Eir Aoi announced on her official website today on April 19 that she will suspend her activities for several months due to her health condition that requires medium- to long-term treatment and recuperation.
The site writes as below:
Eir Aoi, who has been in poor health since the beginning of the year, has decided to cancel her activities for the next few months due to the need for medium- to long-term treatment and recuperation. We sincerely apologize to all of her fans who have been looking forward to her various events and activities.
Her treatment is our top priority, and we will announce her future plans on this website as soon as she recovers.
She has just released her fifth original album “KALEIDOSCOPE” on January 11, 2023. Due to her condition, however, all of the release events for the album, which were scheduled to be held from January 10 to February 11, have been cancelled.
