Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed Director’s Cut Brings New Character Route in 2023

 

Acquire has announced that Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed Director’s Cut will release on April 20, 2023, in Japan for PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

 

The original Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed was released in 2013 for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, and then on PS4 in 2014 and PC in 2015. The Director’s Cut version will have new content, including a new route scenario involving heroine Kati Raikkonen. There is also a new ending that seemingly connects to the future of the series. Those who have already purchased the original version of PS4 or PC can get the extra content through downloadable content.

Additionally, all previous downloadable content regarding costumes and equipment will be included in the Director’s Cut. No English localization has been announced yet, but XSEED has been the Western publisher for previous games in the franchise, most recently with Akiba’s Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed.
